Close. It's a reanactment of a game called Ogre Tactics, or Tactics Ogre depending on whether you live in the US or Japan. I think anyway, based of the file name.

I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with the game ogre battle. It's a group of people that play "real life RPGs" I think it's like playing D&D except they act it out instead of rolling dice or something. They have a website that someone showed to me a few days ago. I can't remember who.

We got 'em here in sweden too, we call them lajvare, which means that they play DnD but live.

we have a club here that does battles with duct tape armor on. The cover themselves with metal plates tied together with the tape and beat the shit out of each other. they perform at the texas renasiance festival. pretty funny to watch.
