alright i juts looked up what they are but still don't know how to get it to work with Firefox (i could do with a footy RSS)

Go to www.bbc.co.uk/football, click on the orange symbol in the bottom right of firefox, subscribe to rss and put it in your 'bookmarks toolbar folder'

New RSS feed... Trench Wars news!

This one feed has the news from every TW site. I may make more feeds that are more specific later on, but that's it for now.
