If you guys had the pleasure to watch this cunthole talk shit to senators, and defend the historically shitty job he did during one of the nation's worst natural disasters, you are probably beside yourselves.
This piece of shit actually had the balls to lay the blame of his monumental fuck-up on the shoulders of the mayor and governor of LA. Before congress, he testified that the reason why he didn't respond in time was because of the slow response in evacuating by the mayor and governor, despite the fact that federal policy specifies that FEMA should not "wait until asked for help" by local government.
If you have the chance to see this guy's testimony, it's pretty rich. The guy is worse than Tone the way he tries to dodge empirical evidence criticizing his blatant fuck ups.
