I Got banned by Da Farmer apparently for Teamkilling, Apparently I Was Warned but I have no knolledge of this. I Got Teamkilled 5 Times By The Guy I Nearly Teamkilled and I Don't see him being banned. I am going on holiday tommorow night and my ban will be lifted while I'm on holiday (I am going for 3 days) I won;t be playing CU for 4 days, I think this is a bit lame since I never swear, cheat or do anythign wrong but get punished for an accident that probably never happened. I don't even rememebr who I TK'd in the 1st place, The only person I can think off was a 52 bty Levi But I was close to him but a WB killed him not me!

Whats Going On!

If "Da Farmer" Reads this please reply. Or anyone esle that has any comments.

Sorry, but all i can say is lol.

Oh by the way, if there has been a ?cheater call about your teamkilling, then staff usually:
Will spec you and see if you tk -> warn
If tking continues -> ban
Atleast thats the way i'v seen it going.

They dont/shouldnt ban on one single tk because accidents happen. Although there might be some exceptions, like when me and a small group of friends went outside the boundrys(good 'ol SS times) to shoot lev bombs. Disq came in and banned withouth saying anything. That cannot be compared to your case though.

Yea, I was attempting to TK him for one reason he tk'd me 6 times I reported him 6 times but nothing happened. But I Never TK'd Him

When a mod enters the arena to check on teamkills and sees you teamkilling, it's no big surprise that he'd blame you as well.

In this case the mod had your name written down as being warned before and went ahead and banned you for attempting to teamkill the lev. But because he doesn't have a date for when you were warned, and I don't see a warn before the current ban, the ban has been removed.

Moral of the story: When you get teamkilled, don't TK back. Do a ?cheater report and staff will take care of it. If you do TK him back, you're just as guilty.
