New tourny

Well after hosting a hockey tourny, and all other kinds of tournies being done lately, What shall we do nexy. Now that I am an <ER> i can actually HELP! So just give me a few ideas. I'll choose the best

Instead of hitting us with so many tournies we won't like them anymore, how about using your super hosting powers to host some bigger games that don't get hosted much in a row announced in advance on the twsite, like Starcon and battleships?

I was thinking of a fishies tourny;

10 games before the 'playoffs'.

1 game consists of 5 rounds. The 5 best survivors in 1 game (5 rounds) move to next round.

After those 10 games (50 rounds) 2 games' winners (10 players) will move to 1 playoff bracket. Makes the playoffs first round have 5 rounds, with 10 players in each.

On the playoffs' first round every round (5 brackets) will be 10 fishies against the sharks (? amount - There cant be too many). 5 fishies per bracket could advance from the first playoff round.. or?

Until in the final round there could be 6 fishies.

Dunno if this would work, or should there be more fishies.

A lot of people like the event anyways..

EDIT: This might be hard and tiring for the hosts but this doesnt need to happen in 1 day, it can last a week, and the 10 games that get hosted, first get announced in trenchwars.org with a scheduled time so europeans, americans and other people from other side of the world can participate.

This is what weekend events are for! The problem with them is that during the week we never get enough players to get a real good game going! Im trying to get a tourny going of what people want to play. not just a select few! I like Sertifi's idea as of right now. Do we have any other suggestions?

People fight each other in a ship,(like elim) 10 rnds, the winner(survivor) of every round moves on to the " FINAL " elim game, = all the winners fight each other in elim mode or so,

We shud just have a squad tournament where u set up teams of 5 and do warbird dueling then Javeline dueling and then finish it off with basing and see what squad has the best of all 3 leagues.

Do maybe 6 or 7 rnds with the last 3 survivors plus the mvp of each rnd advancing to a playoff rnd at the end to determine the master of hunt.:P
