Tourny is off just for this weekend. We're trying to promote Baseelim activity and pretty much everyone on chat agreed that it was alright for one weekend. While I think most people will play whatever damn arena they want regardless of how we view the situation, for example Baseelim being superior to Tourny, it doesn't hurt to change things up every now and then.

Moot makes all decisions concerning Publics with the guidance of the public committee, not Left_Eye. He wouldn't let anything happen nor would I to make public unplayable.
