    New Bike for scurv

    too lazy to go through recent posts, but i saw that some forum frequenters seem much more knowledgeable than i when it comes to the subject.

    I'm looking for a comfortable road bike for school this year. i got a little tired of walking everywhere last semester. I'm looking for something lightweight, convientient, etc..just an all around decent bike for transportation issues.

    i'm hoping to spend between $200-300.

    any suggestions?

                      a) go to a bike shop
                      b) tell them what you want and ask them if there's any good deals for any
                      used bikes, you don't need something brand new
                      c) barter!
                      it makes me sick when i think of it, all my heroes could not live with it so i hope you rest in peace cause with us you never did
