Too many stickies

Sometimes the amount of stickies in the forum can be irritating, especially in the TWL forum where there are like 4 stickies at the moment, and probably more to come. I think this is excessive especcially since there is an Announcement forum which is rarely used that these could all be moved to instead.

Some stickies get off topic but remain for ages like the dueltest sticky, or the sticky that was closed but still remained for 4 days anyways.

Or if nobody wants to move these to an announcement thread, maybe just reduce the amount of stickies.

Hmm, I think TWL is a little excessive at the moment, but that will probably cleared up after week 1 hits (Rules thread, the "what's new this week" thread, will probably be unstickied). Other than that, glue should be kept to a mininmum even though some mods seem to like the taste of paste.

Announcements is really more for forum announcements (rules/service changes etc)

as long as they have relevant information that always has new stuff, i don't mind it being sticky. Hell, i don't care if u sticky everything
