          1. There *are* - grammar is your friend.
          2. It states 217 users online, not 3,000. Improve your reading comprehension skills.

          What a joke.

minimalism or "spartan" is good. everyone hates clutter. however, minimalists tend to constantly worry if they are minimalistic enough so they constantly worry about it.

1-2 t-shirts and you have to wash your clothes alot

i do agree that in your workouts less is more though; bench, squat and deadlift, no need to complicate things! (as long as they are related to your goal, if you're training for a marathon you obviously should run)

1-2 "colored" shirts, meaning you can have a wardrobe with countless shirts, but only 1/two colors.

The purpose is to cut down on decision time. We go through life with so many problems and responsibilities; if we cut down the time it takes for us to decide what food to eat, what clothes to wear, etc, efficiency becomes automatic and habitual. It grants us the opportunity and freedom to accomplish more.

You mentioned exercise, and minimalism can also be applied to it. In our time, technological advances have begun to encompass our life with irrelevant gadgets like smartwatch, fitbits, etc. People are so focused on technology instead of just going for a simple run/exercise and sweating off their calories.

                    Efficiency is important in life!

why do you need to cut down this decision time in order to get better "efficiency"? why do you even need to worry about spending time on something? your free time is your time.

as long as you keep looking at chores as something that you must do you will never be stress-free.

also, if you're a male you should be able to pick out a shirt in less than 3 seconds

When I set a goal, I accomplish it with great precision and focus. Great deeds require prioritization and meticulous planning. If I had to worry about frivolous matter and trivial shit, I'd be going nowhere in life.

idk dude my closet is filled with shirts and i still take like 2 seconds to make a decision on clothes

plus i didn't make a thread about it so that's like 2 minutes saved and i'm not even a minimalist

It has always been a hopeless battle in Trench Wars to interact and find common grounds w/ the general population, minimalist or not. I never coerced or persuaded anyone to become a minimalist, this is simply for informational purposes. People can live however they want to live.
