  • Setting a proxy in Continuum freezes the program

I have major packetloss, so I'm trying to set up a proxy in the program to maybe make it a bit better. But as soon as I enter the proxy details and hit OK, the whole program freezes and I have to Ctrl+Alt+Delete it.

    Anyone else have this problem?

Ok, now some of them are giving me crap about "Socks error 4" even though they are validated working proxies. Anyone HELP ME.

I HAD this problem. Look for RegCleaner. Uninstall your Continuum and use RegCleaner to delete all of the system's registry files pertaining to Continuum. Reinstall Continuum and you should be all set.

      Regcleaner can be found here
      http://www.vtoy.fi/jv16/programs/RegCleaner.exe
this program is also useful if you wanna uninstall other programs back to like you've never had it in the 1st place

remember your passwords and chats and etc*
and remember to backup all the necessities

Well you can easily disable the proxy through the registry without deleting it ALL, but it still doesn't get the proxy to work correctly.
