Warthog AXED from staff... BS

So yea, I got axed from staff. The reason was because I had "bad staff attitude." Funny how I left staff for acouple weeks and rejoined at the beggining of the month. I already MET quota for the month and was planning on banning/abusing my powers some more. (so upperstaff would be happy that i took calls) but apparently my doing the actual work I was hired to do is wrong. To add onto that, they axed me while I was on vacation, didn't bother telling me, they didn't even leave a ?message. This is pretty bs considering I was about the oldest mod around. Personally this is the biggest shitass thing they could do. I've been staff at least 4 years, by my count 5, and after many years of DISERVING to get promoted I was never chosen. So rather than letting an old mod do his job and be at peace, they apparently have to axe them and piss the FUCK out of them. So I thank TW Staff for pissing on me. I'm pissed. Later

That's just sad. I know my recent thread of warthog ignoring my question wasn't a big deal. I didn't mean to seem like he did something wrong. Infact it wasn't about him ignoring me it was about people on staffchat ignoring me. Warthog was a decent guy and doesn't deserve this. He was like the only mod or one of the few who does the job the right way. If Warthog got axed then why isn't Erathia axed? I mean Erathia has been axed and rehired what 4 times? Staff will hit a breaking point and Priitk will just axe everyone and start over. It's a long time comming.

i usually don't comment on staff axings because it's usually people i've never heard of and/or justified.... but axing warthog is ridiculous. this guy is not only incapable of a single mean thought, but he's one of the few people left on earth who still thinks it's cool to follow the rules (insert ruff mcgruff voice here).

I'd say we remove all staff members, keeping current sysops. Get everyone who thinks they are active enough to be mods, ERs, ZHs, and everyone ?go trivia for a game to 50 points to see who actually has smarts.

smarts dotn exactly have much to do with it...if u played the game long enough even if u played the game for just 1 year u pretty much know most of what is needed to be a <ZH>...it doesnt take a genius...plus robohelp answers almost 1/2 the calls..what it takes it down to earth ppl ..not brown nosers and ppl who wil do stuff to get stuff....i told it how it was and look where i am...most others just take an anal raping from upper staff and brown nose them....which in return ends up them abusing for 1 reason or another

wart used to host games frequently a while back. for mods, hosting is pretty much just optional since there's so many ER's (also added with the fact that even ZH's can host certain games now).
