I've always wondered what difference there is between spec hunting and other forms of hunting that represents the line between what's legal and what's illegal.

Yet someone with 2 computers in a network can do the same thing.

Ive always thought that making spec hunting illegal is silly. If a person really really wants to chase you down and kill you repeatedly he or she will do so regardless of whether or not they are allowed to pop in and out of spec to find said person. I guarentee that in most elim games there is at least one person asking his friends who are in spec where some guy is on the map so he can hunt him/her. How exactly does a staff member decide what is and isnt spec hunting, maybe the guy was just changing freqs. I thought discretionary judgement was a no-no in staff these days, so I really doubt the staff actually deals with a high number of spec hunting cases on a monthly basis.
