I get the warning and I am still javing
There is a Terr With A couple Levi's attached and its coming for base and there is a friendly shark near by.
I shoot to Kill the terr and terr warps and my bobm kills friendly shark.

Added to the fact that staff will rarely act on a log proving one of their own to have made a mistake as it undermines public confidence in staff so instead they can claim that a log is insignificant evidence of any offence as they can be forged.
Although in this case you more than likely deserved to be banned if you can't be careful even after being warned then you don't deserve to jav.
Oh and Btw how can a log show if someone was teamkilling or not. :cool:

3. You teamkill again (You already got warned so you probably teamkilled too much already)
4. You get banned
Doesn't really matter if you teamkilled on purpose the last kill, you already got warned for teamkilling.

on a side note complaining about bann to the email adress is pretty much useless..bc it all comes out the same..."we are looking into it" well 5 days later when ur bann is up u never heard what they looked into or what they found...and if they found nething when u ask they mite tell u that staff was wrong or something but u still hadda serve the bann b4 it was recognized

You will never get banned for one accidently teamkill. But as stated before:
- You needed at least one teamkill to get reported (most people don't report after first teamkill unless it was so dumb it looked like a hundred percent attempt to teamkill)
- Then a moderator came to spec you and you commited at least your second teamkill, so you got warned.
At this point you should know better and lay low. It's ok if you can't handle your ship-with-bombs, but then go practice somewhere private so you don't upset other players.. But yet you choose to jump back in the javelin with all the risks involved.
- The moderator now sees you as a teamkiller, wich in fact you are, and therefor has to monitor to see if you learned your lesson or at least show good will. Since you changed back to javelin you look like you ignore the moderators warning and didn't learn. So he keeps watching you till your next mistake.
- Being still watched, can't be that long, moderators don't stay to watch you for ages... You tried to kill a levterrier but failed and hit your team shark. With 0 credits left you commited another teamkill; that you don't do it on purpose doesn't make it better, you already crossed the line.
(I killed my wife but I didn't do it on purpose! You can't put me in jail!)
You are not the first person to get banned like this, and you won't be the last either. You just didn't play by the rules, (Read the second rule of the commandments of Trench Wars) and got the penalty that comes with that. Your ban includes information how to deal with unjust bans, I suggest you follow those.
If you are looking for support try to get it on another subject.

I got banned for 1 tk, a 7 day ban too, with no warning. So don't say that. :) (o, and mama was the person who banned me too :p)

I used to get banned in DSB all the time for camping in the no kill zone or whatever the fuck it's called. You can rack up quite the rec before getting caught if you're careful about it.

I'm sick of these people who go around killing teammates then get banned and whine about it saying they didnt do shit. Trust me ive done it and seen it. It's so pathetic... If your that bored atleast put ur effort into not looking that a total idiot/ Newb. Mods REALLY dont have time for any more of these little idiot stunts. If it looks like u tked someone on purpose your gone no questions asked. If you dont know how to shoot threw a fricken hole then dont do it. Get in a Warbird or spider.. Which doesnt have bombs.. Or PRACTICE.. And make sure you say sorry if you do tk or that will just make the person u tked report you or the mod whatching u think u ment to do it...

the way in which you express thoughts is immature frankly it's very irritating. also it is a mod's job (especially when a ban is involved) to investigate what happens...ban crazy mods are never what a zone needs to have. on the flip side, if it is a bunch of guys who know what they're doing and are just fucking around with staff and a mod knows it then it is probably more justified to end it with a quick ban than try to sift through a load of shit that the mod will get.

I just find it amusing that all staffers sit there and say "Stop posting these complaining threads" but you all seem to assume that the people complaining have no right to complain. Try being a bit open minded and being fair when judging if someone has the right to complain no matter how they go about doing it. I think the staff intolerance for complaints indicates the very egotistical nature of staff itself, "Anyone who complains is a trouble maker so don't complain even when unfairly treated" or staff will victimise you in game for the rest of your time in TW. And you speak of maturity?

Maybe because when you use the complaints e-mail you get no reply even if something is done leading to the belief that everything is ignored. Complaints e-mails arn't ignored and i know that some things have happened as a result of e-mails i have or friends have written but still with no correspondence does make people think that there is no point.
I don't know how many e-mails a day the complaints line gets but if its not too many then maybe replying would be a cool idea.

Theres nothing I can do about the speed of reply from the complaints mail, but everyone with a valid complaint gets a response.

After i left staff i made a complaint about certain actions of staff members, I was still on the TWmods Yahoo group at this time despite having not been staff for a few weeks (which was really starting to bug me). But Weaver obviously saw my complaint and wrote a strongly worded e-mail to the Twmods yahoo group and i later thanked him for his serious consideration (about a week later). However i never did get an e-mail response and never have from any other complaints that have been dealt with, i know this applies for other guys too. So not EVERY complaints e-mail gets a response even if it is valid i guess.

Tiger ur forgeting by complaining here it also lets the public know how things when down not just the upper staff..so if it happens to someone else by the same mod/smod/er/zh they will know it isnt a simple mistake but its a simple habbit
