Keen, Kane, or Razors Edge it's all the same. When TW was at it's prime it didn't have any of these rules. Fairness is a crappy excuse. Especially when more then half if not 2/3rds of your population playing this game can support it. The biggest problem with TW then what it had in it's pasted is all of these rules. TW is a small core of players who go active/inactive all the time and a 12 year old game now. You should be focused on taking care of it's core players. Then trying to attractive more new people and baby them.
I think it should be up to the players. Why not have a vote that you can vote once on your TWD profile to remove res limits or not?
