Yes I have a question. I want to be able to partition my 20 gb HD into two partitions. On one I want to be able to install Windows XP Professional and the other I want to isntall RedHat Linux 7.3. Could someone please respond to this by telling me how this is done. I know how in fdisk but I'm not quite sure. Thanks a bunch.

I can walk you through it step by step.. but if you are going to use RedHat 7.3.. it is easier to just partition your 20gb hard disk for enough room for windows xp. Get that installed and running, leaving the rest of the disk unpartitioned. Then boot your pc with the RedHat 7.3 cd and the install should walk you through everything, even setting up the rest of the linux paritions you will need and handling duel booting between the two OS's.

You play FAR too much of the spaceship game.
