      I have been having the same problem. I downloaded a anti-spyware program recently, however I have taken those steps you mentioned Ewan, and I'vwe had no luck. :\ What to do now?

        Try this link see if you missed anything, could be a registry problem. I had someone else with a different game have problems loading a .dll file.
