  • I can't get DCME to work // system32 modify

DCME requires me to put some .dll files into my System32 folder, however when I try to do that, it says I don't have the necessary permissions to do so.

I am using Vista, not sure if that makes a difference or not.

It's more efficient if you post issues with DMCE here.

If you do not have permission to write or overwrite files in system32 folder, you can place it in your DCME folder too, it should work if you don't have a previous version of it. If an older version exists in system32, that version will be used regardless of the version in the DCME directory.

If you receive an error concerning any file that is not available here, use Google to find the file easily, and tell us so we can add it here eventually as well.
