  • Windows XP Registry default values

    i need a few default values from the Windows XP registry. I changed something in tweak ui, but it doesn't offer a way to revert to the default.

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
    strings Wallpaper, OriginalWallpaper, and ConvertedWallpaper

    thanks

      Wallpaper = C:\Documents and Settings\Ewan\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Wallpaper1.bmp

      Original Wallpaper = C:\Documents and Settings\Ewan\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Wallpaper1.bmp

      Converted Wallpaper = C:\Documents and Settings\Ewan\Desktop\Airshow\Day 3\IMG_1789_2.jpg

      The string in converted wallpaper is the file that I right click -> set as desktop background and the string in the other two appears to be a .bmp version of this picture.

        hmm

        i thought those were the registry keys that controlled what the logon wallpaper would look like.. but it's still the same.

        thanks anyway
