ComboFix, another variation of SmitFraudFix. Very powerful tools, quick and easy too. Hope it solved your problem. When you run CCleaner, make sure you have registry cleaning enabled, it's off by default. Bad registries could be a problem you're experiencing.

If you continue to experience the popup,

Open the registry (Click Start, Run, type in Regedit).
      Go to this key:
      HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows Script\Settings\JITDebug
      And set it to 0.

This will prevent the debugger from running. You won't ever really need it unless you're trying to debug a program, in which case you'd know what it was and wouldn't have came on here, so it's safe to disable it. :-)
