New Elim map.

I may be wrong but the previous map may have been the same since MikeTheNose started with when he developed Elim in 1999.
The 'Practice Area' will be open soon. Allowing you to get some kill time in while you wait for match to end.
With this new ranking system the next reset may need to be pushed. We will see.

OK This was my first attempt at a map and use of DCME to make it. Did not want it to be to different, just a little.
