swedish meatballs

Mr. Magoo gave me a kickass swedish meatball recipe a few years back... and sadly I've lost it!

Does anyone here know a traditional recipe for swedish meatballs? 2x e-creds if you give me a recipe AND if you're swedish

1 frozen pizza

cook frozen pizza in oven at around 350-400 degrees for around 15 minutes

let cool

cut hole in center

stick cock through hole

feed to ignominy's mom

The real baked potatoes

This is a side dish, you will need veggies and fish/meat/chicken with it.
+ You can also make this on hungover-sunday. Stay on that couch and keep picking from it during the day.
- Takes long, in time, to get done well.

Preperation time: 15 minutes
Overall time: almost 2 hours

Ingredients:
1/2 kilo Potatoes
lemon oil (you can use normall oil too, but the lemon-oil does make the difference..)
coriander
thyme
garlic
onions

to do:
peal the skin of the potatoes.
boil them for about 10 minutes

cut them in smaller pieces but no smaller than the thickness of your thumb.
cover the bottom of your oven bowl with the lemon-oil. (i usualyl dont use alot, since it's a very powerfull flavour)
layer some garlic on it
layer some onions on it
put the potatoes on top of that
cover it with some coriander and thyme

let this stay in the oven (180 to 200 degrese) for at least an hour. preferable 1.5 to 2 hours. the onions and garlic were purely to add flavour to the potatoes, so if it's a side dish, throw them out.

Breast of Chicken

This is awesome and quick.. first time i tried it, i had it for 3 days straight.

• 1 chicken breast (per serving)

• Mayonnaise

• Breadcrumbs

Spoon a layer of mayonnaise all over chicken breast.
Cover in breadcrumbs.
Cook in hot oven (around 180c) until golden brown.

Serve with green salad or steamed vegies.

Especially considering water is fairly cheap (read: free). But I guess some people prefer dry Ramen. Personally, I can't stand the shit anymore no matter how you fix it.
