  • Recommendations for Books

I've heard that blood rights by henry kissinger is a really good book, not wanting to spend loads of money on it has anyone read or it or know anything about it?

I'm also up for any other book recommendations, I recently read scar tuissue which is currently one of my top five favourite books.
it makes me sick when i think of it, all my heroes could not live with it so i hope you rest in peace cause with us you never did

I've heard about catch 22, it's also the name of one of my favourite bands.

A situation in which a desired outcome or solution is impossible to attain because of a set of inherently illogical rules or conditions: “In the Catch-22 of a closed repertoire, only music that is already familiar is thought to deserve familiarity” (Joseph McLennan).

I really need to check out Trainspotting the book, the movie was downright awesome.
My father in law was telling me over Thanksgiving about this amazing bartender at some bar he frequented who could shake a martini and fill it to the rim with no leftovers and he thought it was the coolest thing he'd ever seen. I then proceeded to his home bar and made four martinis in one shaker with unfamiliar glassware and a non standard shaker and did the same thing. From that moment forward I knew he had no compunction about my cock ever being in his daughter's mouth.

It was a strange movie as well. All Star cast to boot...worth seeing...but be in a certain mind set prior.
